75 Years of History
Rives Construction Company, Inc. started out as a small, hometown construction company founded by Vell Rives in 1930; but things have changed. Over the past seventy-five years Rives has evolved into a modern, highly diversified regional commercial construction company with extensive capabilities and a third generation of Rives family leadership that has a vision for the future.

Our mission is to deliver the best level of professional service possible to our customers. We will endeavor to make it easy for our customers to work with us, because we will want to do business with them again.
Therefore, Rives owners, officers and employees will continue to be guided by dedication to quality and integrity in our construction projects, as exemplified by our predecessors since 1930; and, we will always undertake to achieve a strong accord, first with our customer, and then the design team and our subcontractors.
